My husband had a studio at Sawyer Mills for about a year. He loved it, it was a great apartment no problems. We then moved into a 2 bedroom apartment. Again, beautiful apartment. However, we later found out that the tenants that were in there moved due to mold issues. Management never informed us of this. Our apartment was plagued by mold so much that we couldn't even use our 2nd bedroom. So, there we were, paying for a 2bdrm apartment when we could only use one. We constantly asked mgmt to fix it, and they came in and sprayed the mold with bleach. A temporary fix. The apartment needs to be gutted, and they won't budge. Patti in the office is a SWEETEHEART, She is great. Dortothy, uggh, not so nice. If you have to live here, its ok, very pricey. Electric heat kills ya, other than that...look elsewhere.
