Quiet, Historic Mill, Close to the FWY, Fishing outside bk door

I have come back to New Hampshire after 30 years in Arizona. I am damm proud of the way this old mill has been refurbished. I remember looking in the windows as a kid and seeing the manufacture of shoes. I had never before seen Gold Shoes! What a trip. Anyways the site has always held a special place for me. when we were junior high kids we would go down to the lower side of the dam in winter and bust off a dead tree sapling and pretend we were pushing our gondolas thru Italy. We were on ice floes but the fun never stopped, until we fell in. Then it was run home fast as hell and get those frozen clothes off. RDC
