Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
This complex has been cleaned up considerably by the new Manager, who started a little over a year ago. She is fair but strong and has weeded out many tenants who should not have been here. I would recommend Westgate to anyone searching for a secure and comfortable place to live at very reasonable prices.
