Considering it is income regulated I think that the recent rent hike to around $640 for a 1br is a little much considering it doesn't include ANY utilities. But, the apartment I had was clean with new carpet, fridge and I thought it was pretty spacious. I have seen the 2br and it is pretty much the same size as the 1br but with the bedroom split. Does not justify the extra $$ for the 2nd room. Walls are very thin however it wasn't awful - just remember to keep an indoor voice! Management wasn't terrible but definately wasn't praiseworthy - She does what she has to do and doesn't go the extra mile. Maintenance was quick to fix problems and I found them friendly if I was friendly back! Overall I think it was a good place but I ended up finding cheaper elsewhere in Dover after they raised my rent.
