| I enjoy living here. Small apts, very cozy. Safe and well cared for lawns. Maintenance person very helpful. Nice place to live. Should have a playground. | ||||||||||||

| The buildings are at the same grade as seasonal high water and are full of mold and mildew, they cant keep a maintnance guy, the water has so much iron in it that it turns the shower red, the window ... more | ||||||||||||

| I like it here. Our apartment is very clean, the lawns are well taken care of and the manager is wonderful. If we need anything the maintance people are there and they are always punctual and curtious. | ||||||||||||
