Apartments are small (1 bedroom) but the 2 bedrooms are much bigger.

I live in a 1 bedroom and it is well maintained and clean, but lacks closet space.

Landlords are nice.

A nice 1st apartment and rent is reasonable.A nice size for 1 person, but too small for 2.
