Have lived here for 2 and a half years, and it's not bad. Apartments are a little outdated. Rent has gone up only $20 for me since I moved in. Decent size 2-bedroom (840 sq. ft., I think). For $720 a month, you get what you pay for. Maintenance has been very helpful, as have the managers. My only complaint with managers is that the office is open very limited hours.
