My girlfriend rents there now.
We are convinced this is a subsidized govt housing project.
She has holes in the bedroom doors that have been patched with "wood grain" tape.
Someone once threw up in the stair well and it sat there for weeks.
Mgmt put some salt or something on it...that was the extent of the cleaning.
She has one neighbor that puts on a mask, gloves, and head-to-toe clothing and regularly goes through the dumpsters.
Another neighbor continuously walks his cat on a leash.
People wander aimlessly through the projects day and night with no apparent sources of income.
Needless to say she stays with me 99% of the time.
Live in White Cliffs if you must...but you have been warned.
