I lived there for 2 years and could not wait to get out.

There was mold everywhere and crazy looking bugs that would crawl all over the place.

They way they would take care of the mold on the ceilings is by painting over it....

it doesn't go away.

It will seep through.

Our kitchen would flood (literally).

The sink would back up from residents above us and we would have to through buckets of water out our window to keep it from reaching the carpet areas.

And to top it off your cars are not safe.

There is nothing better then going out to your car in the morning and finding paint on not only your car, but about 10 others as well.
