I've lived here with my husband and children for over 10 years.It is apartment living with all the pros and cons.The management has worked with me ,very well over the years, on every issue.Appliances that have served out their purpose are replaced.New laundry rooms with new machines have been installed.Maintenance are prompt and available 24 hours.Yes,as in ALL communities there are people with challenges/handicaps.Guess what'A little respect and consideration go along way.Perhaps if people accepted others more readily and are not so quick to judge on appearances alone,they might be pleasantly surprised with what they discover.Rent is very reasonable and I consider the location ideal.Management do work well with courteous,honest, and reliable tenants.
