I lived there for 1o months in 2005, mostly I liked the apartment, the biggest problem, at first, was that the apartment smelled bad because the last tenants smoked and even the new paint couldn't cover up the stench. Then, one day, i pulled out my bed to grab something that had fallen, and the entire wall was covered with black mold. The management told me that they would have to move me to another apartment because the mold was so severe that they would have to replace the walls, but they were going to move me into an apartment that wouldn't allow me to bring my pets. When I told them that I needed to move out instead, since I have pets, they said they wouldn't give me my deposit back, and refused to give it back until I threatened to sue. Not great.
