The truth about Windshire Gardens

I have lived at Windshire long enough to know of all of the situations written about by other tenants. The previous manager was firm but was hired by the real estate agency who managed here and had to follow the direction of her boss. He was nothing more than a money burrowing whacko and repeat DWI offender. He owned a maintenance company and would have his own company do the work here so he could rob money from Windshire and the work would never get done. Hardly the fault of the woman that worked in the office that had to follow his orders. Of the students that lived here some were nice I am sure but overall the feeling when they lived here was a bit like a campus atmosphere. The parties almost every weekend, the loud music and cars flying through the parking lot and being woken up at 3am in the summer to spashing students in the pool. I couldnt even enjoy the pool with my children because the language was so foul. It has been much more pleasant since they left. As for the new management, she seems to have an emotional or mental disorder that always has myself and others who live here wondering if we are going to meet up with Dr.Jekyl or Miss Hyde when we see her. For those who have written in praise of her caringness for the community and for those who have likened her to Gastapo, I am afraid you are both correct. If you havent seen her true colors yet, you soon will. The fact is she DID skip out of here and only moved back when she couldnt get out of her lease agreement. The same lease agreement she holds all of us to today. You just can not trust such a person and the owner is silly to trust her. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Very true. They now have fewer students but the worse noise has always been barking dogs. The worse offender is the manager's own dogs which bark non-stop when she's not home. She lets them run off leash which has frightened young children.

I agree the manager was HORRIBLE and RUDE... The place was great except her.. Thanks God that she moved out in the area, so i dont see her dogs playing in the pool area, and in the office. but the pool rule says no pets allowed... how simple rule she cant even follow.

this is recent as of 1/29. The manager is very inconsistent, one day she is very nice and there is always a problem the next. I do not hear to much noise these days, college students i believe have been reduced to a minimum. The manager is a tickler for random things and she can really be a pain. Parking is a problem here at windshire gardens and especially during the snow. you have park your car in the middle isles only there is not adequate space. I have caught the manager in several lies and do not trust her one bit. Some tenants stay because the rent is suiting for the area and size and maybe the location is fitting. As soon as my lease agreement is up I will be moving out.
