I have lived here for almost a year and have enjoyed it. The manager Kim seems to have a bad reputation, but she has always been pleasant and helpful to me. I do feel like the maintenace guy Lou, is a little sketchy. He's not the best with repairs and makes us feel a little uncomfortable. A male neighbor of mine told me he was making sexist remarks. Parking is fine, plenty of spaces. A little bit of a hassle during the snow; I have seen cars towed if not moved by 8AM, but those are the rules. The apartments are great- modern, spacious, and fully equipped! Hard to find that in other apartments. Two full bathrooms is convenient! In the summer, the pool is wonderful and well kept. This community is quiet but close to everything. I have loved living here and don't think I will be moving anytime soon- where else could I find everything I have here?? odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

We haven't had any negative problems what so ever. The maintenance team as well as the manager, Kim have always been friendly. They always say hello. I find it hard to believe the negative comments that I have seen written about them. Also, someone mentioned barking dogs, I haven't heard any barking dogs at all. The neighbors are all friendly. They always say hello to you. At least the one's I've come across. Someone mentioned something about students sneaking into the pool late at night, I haven't seen that either. The busiest days for the pool seem to be on Saturdays and Sundays. If you want to enjoy the pool all by yourself the best time to do that is during the week before everyone gets home from work.

I can't wait to move back to Windshire Gardens! As a prior renter I now know the difference of a quality, caring and professional rental property! Kim has a difficult job maintaining this office and I think she is fair, just and compassionate! 5 STARS!
