Not bad - I lived in these apartments for about a year, but haven't been back since, which was about 2 years ago. When I did live there, however, I found it to be rather nice. Oak Terrace Well I guess it depends on what unit you live in if you have children dont move there they will not be allowed to ride bikes, go outside and play and make any noise what so ever. even though fair housing act allows them between 8am and 9pm. It takes along time to get things fixed

Average The lights in the halls are always out. The window fixing was done shoddily. Maintenance is always really slow.
But the rent is not too unreasonable, it's very quiet. Love the balcony. Close to a bus stop. And allows cats.

Maintenance has gone downhill in the past year or two.
Nothing is included in the rent.

Its okay, but.... would be alot better if they would segregate the 20 something year old kids from the adults or those with families. Nothing makes you more proud of "home" than 50 beer cans decorating the balcony railings or the lawn. You cant blame mgt for not putting a ton of money

By Far way to much money for what you get... There is nothing included at all, no heat no hot water, with alot of places now offer that. The parking is no good, if you want a guest over thats a gamble everytime. Nice place to live just way to much for what you get.
