Everything you have heard about Jim the landlord is true. He is a total jerk. I was told I would have to move in a little later than I wanted because they had to "clean the apartment." Either they forgot that part, or their idea of cleaning is using a wet broom to push dirt around the floor and growing moldy experiments in the fridge. My locks were changed twice over the summer, the first time the maintainance guy knocked on the door and then walked in before we even had a chance to get to the door. The second time, I hadn't put my new key on my keyring yet, left the apartment (unlocked of course) and when I came back, I had to break in to my own apartment because someone had locked the doors (they must be locked from the outside). They come in all the time without prior notice. Over break, they come in and make sure your heat is at 55, obviously without letting you know that they do that. Parking is $200 on top of the price you pay for the apartment itself. They tried to charge us for "damages" that we had already reported present when we moved in. This place sucks, I can't wait to leave. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T LIVE HERE, AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS
