This place is awful. Way over priced for the apartment you get. They like to over charge of everthing. We had a damaged door (which they found when they showed up with no prior notice, even though it states in the lease they will give you 24 hours notice)which they billed us a 130 dollars for. We

Just TERRIBLE Everything you have heard about Jim the landlord is true. He is a total jerk. I was told I would have to move in a little later than I wanted because they had to "clean the apartment." Either they forgot that part, or their idea of cleaning is using a wet broom to push dirt around

Like Living in over priced Filth? I saw the Owner of beaver Dam properties driving around in an S class Mercedes, The most expensive kind, I live in a shoe box and pay $500.00 and have to share a bedroom. Hall ways are disgusting(charge for cleanings), The maintence people are retarts
