Love the apartment and the people who work and live there. Maintenance is a real problem! Or lack there of. Not enough people to do all the work. Problems we've expereinced in past 5 year: twice flooded because of leaking water heater upstairs, ceiling falling in due to water leaks, windows leaking, furnace giving off carbon monoxide, waiting, waiting, waiting for things to be repaired.
Overall they are neat apartments. But the need for repaires seems to be getting ahead of themselves. Rent goes up significantly each year.
