I had to move away a couple years ago for a job relocation. I found a place that was similar (an old mill), but it hasn't been as nice.

The location was fantastic. I loved walking into town, or riding my bike or running on all the nearby trails at PEA or Fort Rock. The pool and sauna was well maintained at the time, the fitness center was a mess.

I was in a small apartment in the new buildings, I looked forward to moving to a larger unit in the old building but moved away first.

Parking was nicely done under the building. Storage was an issue, I had to buy a storage unit in town, which was less than ideal but not a major problem.

Arranging to pick up packages that were delivered to the office was an issue because of the hours I worked. Eventually I had to have UPS/FedEx keep the packages and drive to their place to pick them up because they had longer hours.

I'd come back here if I ever end up back in the area.
