Such a shame - such a beautiful view and in walking distance to downtown.

Single elevator, prone to failure with no backup.
AC old and in need of constant repair - always prone to be in- active on the hottest and most humid days.

Roof leaks - for 4 years - in desperate of new roof. Maintenance willing to repaint but leaks never seem to be fixed!

Attracts elderly and well off dwellers as the rent is in the exclusive bracket. Inconsistent % increase in yearly lease renewal'

Maybe with "new management agents" starting July 2007 we can expect and HOPE for a HUGE improvement!!
