Things are changing at the Mill

In 2007 when the management company changed and new staff arrived, the maintenance and upkeep at the Mill has improved greatly. The maintenance staff has been added to and problems are resolved more quickly than they used to be. the management office is more responsive to requests from tenants. Not everything is fixed, but things are improving and the complex is worth serious consideration - it has many benefits, plus the tenants are overall a great group of people
