I have lived at Exeter Mill for nearly 2 years and love it! The new management (2007) is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is very timely. I haven't seen any of the problems previously listed in the older comments.There has been a lot of work done to improve any less favorable conditions. I live in the old building and love the design of my apartment, gorgeous floors and high ceilings.
