Exeter Mill has all the qualities I want in a home.

Great location, wonderful people, pool, gym, charming apts.

and I am near a beautiful park and river.

Exeter NH is a charming New England town and the Mill is in the heart of it.

The current property management is of the best I have experienced and I have lived all over the country.

Kindness and sincere interest in you and your needs are key in customer service and you have it here.

The entire staff is attentive and requests are promptly and professionally addressed.

The NH Seacoast is a wonderful place to live and this property is both affordable, and competitive in all areas.

This location is highly desirable (great access to highways-- and the beach is a short drive for weekends!)

We all have busy lives and want a safe, charming and secure home.
