Fantastic place-Highly recommended We absolutely loved this apartment for the two years we lived here. Probably the best apartments we lived in. Spacious, clean and great settings. The heating bills can be high, but you have to expect that with older buildings. Walkable distance to downtown

Great place..Highly recommended I lived here for 2 years and unfortunately I have to move.
My apartment was very roomy with large kitchens and bathrooms.Having laundry in-house is always good.
The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance was prompt.

Things are changing at the Mill In 2007 when the management company changed and new staff arrived, the maintenance and upkeep at the Mill has improved greatly. The maintenance staff has been added to and problems are resolved more quickly than they used to be. the management office is more

Wonderful! Lived here for 4 years and still miss the views of the river out my window. Would still live there if I my job had not transferred me. I lived in the older main building - nice neighbors and attentive office staff.

Great Place to Live! Have lived here for almost 3 years. Location and apartments are great. There has been some improvement in maintenace with the addition of some new staff. management is polite and attentive. Will stay here as long as I can.

Stay Away I was sadly mistaken when I moved in because everyone pretends to be nice and then after living here for a while the true colors show through. The people are rude, irresponsible, the office NEVER follows up on important issues. I cannot wait to get out!!!
