Things are changing at the Mill In 2007 when the management company changed and new staff arrived, the maintenance and upkeep at the Mill has improved greatly. The maintenance staff has been added to and problems are resolved more quickly than they used to be. the management office is more

Wonderful! Lived here for 4 years and still miss the views of the river out my window. Would still live there if I my job had not transferred me. I lived in the older main building - nice neighbors and attentive office staff.

Great Place to Live! Have lived here for almost 3 years. Location and apartments are great. There has been some improvement in maintenace with the addition of some new staff. management is polite and attentive. Will stay here as long as I can.

Stay Away I was sadly mistaken when I moved in because everyone pretends to be nice and then after living here for a while the true colors show through. The people are rude, irresponsible, the office NEVER follows up on important issues. I cannot wait to get out!!!

I live here and it's a great place. Exeter Mill has all the qualities I want in a home. Great location, wonderful people, pool, gym, charming apts. and I am near a beautiful park and river. Exeter NH is a charming New England town and the Mill is in the heart of it.

Single elevator, prone to failure with no backup.
AC old and in need of constant repair - always prone to be in- active on the hottest and most humid days.

I would not live here I would tend to agree with this user about the location, views, etc. However, in terms of maintenance and upkeep, this is one of the most badly run and shoddiest places I have even lived in and I am desperately looking to get out.

I miss it I had to move away a couple years ago for a job relocation. I found a place that was similar (an old mill), but it hasn't been as nice.
