We lived here for almost a year and only moved due to job relocation. Carol, the manager is very nice and helpful and the handy men are wonderful. Things get fixed fast and everyone is very friendly.

The buildings are very clean and the grounds are kept up nicely. For the price, the extras you get can?t be beat. Free high speed Internet, digital cable, and a pool and gym.

We really enjoyed living here, and with one of us working in Andover MA, and one of us working in Manchester the access to highways was helpful.

We had no problems with the walls, never heard our neighbors above us or next to us.

As a woman I felt safe there alone and we never had any problems with our cars.

If there is an opening here, I would take it!
