I just moved in 10/06 and have had a pleasant experience so far.

Yeah, the apartments are a bit small and somewhat worse-for-the-wear, the storage minimal, the walls fairly thin. My one big issue is with the quality of the cabinetry, which has some water damage and a bit funky smell, both in the kitchen and the bathroom. Another minor issue is there are usually no parking spaces near my building when I get home late--which means I either park farther away or in the guest lot.

But the managment has been very nice and willing to work with the problems, even though I haven't taken them up on it, yet. Otherwise, the grounds are nicely maintained. There are places for my kids to play safely. The club house and pool are very well maintained as well. The building hallways and are cleaned regularily, and my apartment was cleane nicely when I moved in. They even replaced the dishwasher for me.
