I lived at highwood for two years. You can hear everything your neighbors do. Was somewhat happy until they decided to keep some of my deposit. There was no damage to our apartment at all. It was some simple cleaning and they took 25%. I am not the first person they have snaked some of the security deposit. I would stay away. They also were fixing the gas lines one day and almost blew up building 5 where my wife was at the time with our newborn. Goffstown police, fire, and special team to correct the gas main had to come. If you choose to do so it's at your own risk. If you don't move your car fast enough in winter they will also tow it away. Happened to wife.

Same thing happened to our neighbors and our friends who moved out a couple of months ago. We're very worried about what's going to happen when we leave next week. It's ridiculous!!!
