When I first look at this apartment I saw a place with heat, cable, internet, pool and gym include. Sound great until you move here and realize that the cable is directv and you can only change the channel in the living room. They are two cheap to give you two cable boxes. Then the internet just sucks like I can't even look at a 30 second youtube video. Or just go to google without it taking 3-4 minutes to load. Also they lied and said there not alot of kids here and I thought that be great for the pool. But they lied about that the pool gets packed with people that live here and plus all there friends. Their only 1 or 2 bedroom apartments here and parents come into the pool with like 4 kids I dunno where they fit them all in there apartment. Also since we moved here the police been here multiple times but we get no reason for why they are here. The stove sucks and I feel like it going to blow up and sets off the fire alarms when there nothing burning. It even happen the first night I moved in. The area is nice I just wish they wouldn't be so cheap and fix some of the problems.

The place is just a waste of money all around. First impressions are deceiving because of the nice location in Goffstown and the clean grounds - two of the best things about the complex. Aside from this, the apartments themselves are old, with outdated appliances and a myriad of problems: mold, noise, leaks, etc. I've also heard that when you move out, they end up taking most (if not all) of your security deposit for no reason!!! Basically this place has been a waste of our money and time.
