I loved living in Highwood. The location is wonderful (convient to shopping, schools, and dining). You are in a safe neighborhood just outside of the city, but are never far away from all the action. The staff are friendly and helpful; always quick to fix any household problems and informative on what is going on in the community. Heat, cable and internet included in rent maked for easy budgeting each month. I never had a problem with parking (or parking for any guests who came to visit). Oh yes and quiet neighbors were wonderful!

This is a load of bull this person is lieing. I am sitting here on Sunday trying to watch football and our tv doesn't even work because Dirctv blows. If anyone likes watching tv shows have fun with the free cable. It bad enough two people can't watch different shows in there own apartment now we can't watch anything. I just sign up for netflix because so I can at least watch something. But are internet so slow we cant watch it on here. You are right with how everything is so close. But if you actually use the amenities that you pay for in your rent then doesn't it bug you that they don't work properly?

LOL you know who wrote this wonderful review about how wonderful the apartment is! I doubt it is someone who lives at this location. The review is detail to the point that it sounds like someone trying to cover up every complaint. Instead of trying to cover your tracks maybe you should fix all the problems!
