Highwood Village is truly a great place to live. The staff are so nice and accomodating. They actually go out of their way to make you feel at home. They hold many events during the year for the residents to show their appreciation and to make it a real friendly community. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. The property manager and maintenance staff are wonderful! If by chance you do have any problems, they are so quick to respond to your needs. They all truly do care about you as a tenant.

The internet and cable are great -- that is, if you like not having a choice which provider you want to use, or if you enjoy suspense: Will it work today, or won't it? Me, I prefer an apartment complex that gives you the freedom to choose cheaper options for internet and cable. I also -- and call me crazy -- enjoy the reliability of cable and internet services that actually work most of the time. Do yourself a favor: read the majority of these reviews, and then make your decision about what kind of apartment complex this is.

Lisa you either work for them or are being paid to say something nice. Becuase you are clueless at to what this place is all about and the staff is terrible!!!!! Good Luck and take your money you made by stating this and buy a brain!

I laughed out loud reading this. Either you are the owner or you live in a box. You only commented on the staff, events, and the outside look. What about the fact that the whole place is falling apart or that it reeks of mold? Or the fact that half of the time you cannot get on the internet and that you have to go into the other room to change the channel. Do you not use any electricity whatsoever? Who paid you to write this?
