They're moving here from Ohio....we've looked around and this is one fine Senior Community. The building, a renovated school, is in fantasic shape and they've done wonders with an "institutional" structure!

Hall ways are quiet and clean, as is the general neighborhood. This property sits right across the street from a river-dam so you get the pleasant sound of rushing water whenever you're outside.

Apartments appear to be well maintained and a good size, although the bedroom in the smaller of the 1 BR choices is just that, a small bedroom. This would work well for a single senior, but will be a bit cramped for two.
