Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
probably the poorest managed and maintained apartments I have ever lived in. common areas are dirty and unmaintained. noise between apartments is terrible. you can hear your neighbor snoring, and normal conversation can be heard between apartments. No provisions for children, and valid complaints are ignored. $50 application fee required
