I can't imagine there are worse places to live in the area. The buildings are infested with little white spiders and there are routine checks for cockroaches. The management periodically sends out memos reminding tennants of the rules, which are never enforced. I once received a memo reminding tennants not to throw cigarettes in the grass because the lease stipulates that we cannot adversely affect the aesthetics of the property. Meanwhile, a pile of glass from a smashed bottle sat in the parking lot for over a week (THE SAME WEEK THE MEMO WAS DISTRIBUTED). The maintenance guys park on the lawn (instead of the parking lot) and don't respond to maintenance requests on time. They don't notify you if they've been in your apartment. One time my heat was turned all the way up and when I asked if one of the maintenance guys had come in they denied it (eventually management admitted to it). SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
