This place is very nice and priced just right. They have summer and winter rentals. I stayed there in the winter and it was awesome! The people who own it are the nicest people in the world! Everything was excellent, I have no problems, no complaints. The people who lived there were always quiet, the buildings are very secure and the parking is awesome and safe. Its right near the police station so it had no problems on the street and it was patroled by police a lot. Made everyone feel safer. This place includes everything even CABLE TV! They are fully furnished so you can just throw your stuff in a storage bin instead of moving your stuff back and fourth. There is a storage place downtown Hampton with cheap rates. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE! AWESOME LOCATION, JUST A ONE MINUTE WALK AND YOUR AT THE BEACH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
