The place is clean but old. the stove shorted out on me when I turned off the oven. lost power to the entire apartment.
Landlord said he is pet friendly but if you have pets he gets very obsessed with where you walk the dog. where you put your cat litter.
He sits out in the parking lot in his car at night watching the building.

Sounds as if he may care about the property and respect for the other guest who may not have animals. His presence of keeping an eye on the property and enforcing the rules seems as if he may be a one of a kind.
