I work as a software consultant and so I keep moving from places to places. I was working for Liberty Mutual in Exeter. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a short lease apartment to come down to Ocean Air. It is located near the beach. It is very live in the Summers. The winters are a little dull which is always everywhere. The landlord is very nice. He is very helpful. Last year he and his family surprised me on my brithday. This was the first time I ever got personal attention from a landlord. He is very accomodating and makes sure that he understands out situations and tries hard to work around it.
The area is very safe as the county Police station and a fire station are just one block away. Getting groceries can be a little pain if you donot have a car only in the winters.

The best part is that I was here for the winter rentals with all utilities included, a fully furnished (kitchen & apartment), with cable and high speed internet. Washer dyer was in the apartment. Now shovelling during snow days, ample parking space, No lease , No security deposit ... what more can you ask for... you have it all here ...

I strongly recommend anyone looking for a short term leasing to talk to the landlord here first .

The correct address for Ocean Air Properties is 20 - 22 C Street, Hampton Beach New Hampshire 03842. Their web site is, www.oceanairhampton.com Great place and people.
