I have just purchased a condo from Brady Sullivan properties I must say it was one of the easiest turnovers that I've ever done. The manager of my complex has gone out and beyond for anything that I have needed. I think that everybody that I worked with in this transaction for highly educated in their field you just have to do your homework and don't rely on some allows to do your job for you.
