I've been here for 5 years. And in that time I've seen a steady decline. There are constant threats of fines for tenants breaking any rules. There are literally 10 visitor parking spaces for 6 buildings worth of tennants. The plowing company and towing company will work together to tow your car at the drop of a hat. I am in building number 124, and it has been infested with cockroaches for two years now. They made a slight attempt at debugging the place two years ago, but have since dismissed any complaints as tenants being unclean, and have not done anything to control the pest problem. The apartment down the hall is filled with unclean unbathed people, whos smell often times wafts out into the hallway. oh yes, the hallways are always dirty and full of trash, there are a few broken doors and lites. the laundry facility has caught fire at least once a year, and the carpeting on the stairs from the last fire still not replaced. there are 6 sheets of notices taped to the doors warning and threatening tenants. apparently someone slipped on the icy sidewalk, so now we are told to walk out there at our own risk, as they are not responsible for icy conditions.
overall, i would say go for broke and live on ramen noodles to make the rent of a higher scale establishment. this place, once highly regarded, is now no better than the slum south side of manchester. I hope this place will be condemned soon. it cant be healthy.
