I am not a tenant, but I visit friends regularly there. Since this new management has taken over, I can visually see the improvements. Not just in the basic physical look (on site guy seems to take a very good interest in keeping up the place) but also, my friend is much happier that someone actually cares about her well being. There are lights in the parking lots now and actual locks on the doors that work! I for one am very glad that things are looking way up for the tenants there. Thanks, new guys... whoever you are! If you are thinking about moving to this place, don't believe all the other remarks. Just see for yourself.
