Unless you are looking for a place to commit suicide I would not recommend moving to CARRINGTON FARMS! Most of the tenants are non english speaking, very lond and inconsiderate. Hallways are dirty and unkept, laundry rooms are filty and washers take your money. The local hood rats play in the parking lot and damage the cars. Managment is in bed with the local tow truck company and tow 10-15 cars a night at $100 a pop. If you live on the Mammoth rd side hope you are a heavy sleeper due to the heavy traffic roaring by at all hours of the night.
Even though rent is cheaper than most places you do get what you pay for.
