Everything about the interior of the apartment is CHEAP - like the owner couldn't even afford to pay a few extra dollars to put in hand towel racks' - the fans in the bathrooms and kitchen sound like 747 jets! - the linoleum tears very easily, kitchen counter scratches easily, etc. Money was definitely an object when it came to every fixture, fan, light, etc.

There are also a lot of issues with parking. Who the heck can state they have 1 1/2 parking spaces' Then, of course, the few "open" spaces were always fought over by the tenants.

After my husband and I signed the lease and gave them our money, we were told maintenance still has some things to do....like clean, paint, wash rugs, etc. We realized it THE DAY WE WERE MOVING IN that it was never done!! They forgot'

Dogs were not allowed in our building when we moved in, yet everyone around us had one' My family and our neighbors were constantly stepping in poop and nothing was ever done about it!!

There is also the ridiculous amount of rent they charge....NOT worth it! They even have the nerve to NOT return your deposit back to you according to the NH law - within 30 days. When I called to state that I still hadn't received it after 29 days I was told that they were "just in the process" of getting the paperwork to the corporate headquarters and to expect at least another week''

If you didn't get your deposit back then you must have owed rent or did damages yourself. I think it is unfair for people to just voice their opinions especially if they are not true. Windsor Terrace is a great community with great people here. I have never had an issue and I love my home and I don't appreciate you saying it is cheap because it is not and again I LOVE IT HERE! I have two parking spots - what do you mean 1.5 parking spaces - that is silly and definately not true. Very unfortunate that eviction people can still write in their thoughts. Naturally someone who is evicted is not going to leave with good things to say. I wonder what they will write about their current landlord when they have to leave there and owe rent again.
