Well I completely disagree with the last comment. Carrington Farms is still trash. Nothing is ever fixed. Things that were supposed to be fixed upon arrival still arent after almost two years. Dont ever move here.

Let me just say, carrington farms is now taken over by new owners, there is NEVER trash in the halls and landscaping will be persued this summer, the roads are being re-paved and there are NO signs anywhere anymore stating to go out in the ice at own risk. You need to give this place

Worst apartment I've lived in Condo association never returns calls and they don't do a thing. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Pool, playground, & picnic areas are trashed by unruly teenagers. I can't wait to move out.

Would not recommend that anyone live here. Filled with Section 8 people. No privacy. Hallways are not kept clean. Apartments are noisy as you can hear everything and everyone bouncing up and down the halls w/o consideration for others. Over priced units as well! Laundry rooms are always a mess

Don't do it! Everything about the interior of the apartment is CHEAP - like the owner couldn't even afford to pay a few extra dollars to put in hand towel racks? - the fans in the bathrooms and kitchen sound like 747 jets! - the linoleum tears very easily, kitchen counter scratches
