Nice Place I have lived at Merrimack Heights since February of this year. The staff is exceptional always respond to my call and/or issues. Any problems I have had (which haven't been many) they respond quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great value! Very nice! Great place for me and my daughter for a reasonable price. I feel safe, the halls are clean and management responds to any issues I have within 24 hours. The heat is included and is more than adequate, and the pool is a nice plus on a hot day. I love having parking

Well I completely disagree with the last comment. Carrington Farms is still trash. Nothing is ever fixed. Things that were supposed to be fixed upon arrival still arent after almost two years. Dont ever move here.

Let me just say, carrington farms is now taken over by new owners, there is NEVER trash in the halls and landscaping will be persued this summer, the roads are being re-paved and there are NO signs anywhere anymore stating to go out in the ice at own risk. You need to give this place

Worst apartment I've lived in Condo association never returns calls and they don't do a thing. Trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Pool, playground, & picnic areas are trashed by unruly teenagers. I can't wait to move out.
