Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
the management does not take very good care of the property on the inside. The carpets have not been updated since the buildings have been built, he's finally doing some painting in the hallways, washers and dryers don't work half the time, mold and mildew has a tendancy to grow throught the apartments, due to constantly damp carpets. and the rent prices have gone up to $675, for a studio to $800. for a 2 bedroom. If like drugs talk to the management he'll show you what apartments are dealing, and what they are dealing
