So far after looking around the area for a place to live this appears to be a bit of a gem. rent is going to be about 675 a month, heat not included. The staff, well takes some getting use to and a particular personality to deal with them but they take care of their property and make sure it is a quiet and safe place to be. As a prospective tenant looking, make sure you have a good credit score. 576sq ft for a one bedroom on average. I believe 2bdrms are available as well. Worth looking into in my opinion for a nice place to live
