Beaver Brook Apartments now has a new owner. They live in town and are on call 24/7. The property is very well maintained and is currently undergoing a wonderful new look for the hallways. The landscaping is very nice and the free parking is very beneficial to everyone. No monthly charges for Parking!! This property has a laundry facilty and trash removal. We love it for many reasons, but the secured entry and locked entry door makes it a very safe place to live.
Great Property.

I'm pretty sure this was written by someone working at Keene Apartments, no one that has actually lived there would say this. These apartments are terrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
