Expensive, small, not worth it but heat is included

Cons:
-$1000 for two bedroom, small kitchen, small living room
-Landlady is stupid and forgets to pick up rent checks. She has called me 4 times telling me rent was late when it was on time; she "forgot to look"
-This place has drug problem. DEA was here just a few weeks ago.
-1 mile to downtown, but it costs 10 bucks for a taxi to get here
-Impossible to clean the bathroom; the water is greenish
