This building used to be owned by the best landlord one could ever hope for, the Dorrie came to town. Unless you have tons of money to waste - I wouldn't recommend living here at all. She is the newest slum lord of Keene, with a hideous yellow restaurant to boot. Over priced, illegal terms in lease, has different expectations/favors certain renters, and you will never get a thing fixed. You will, however, get blamed for it when you move out. She's a money hungry person, I suggest living elsewhere strongly.
