I have lived here for only about 6 months. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath 2nd floor apartment in Marlborough. The location isn't bad but there is no yard, you live on the river, and you park across the road. =( The stairs are never lit because they are on a timer that the landlord controls and refuses to adjust appropriately.

I soon will be moving into a small apartment managed by Colonial Rental. I am hoping that it is not as "bad" as you all say it is? Anything positive I could look forward to?
