Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The basement of our apartment flooded while we were living there and for about 6 months there were people doing construction down there, banging on our floor at early hours in the morning, which in turn fixed nothing. We were w/o washer and dryer for 6 months and the heat bills were OBSCENE! They charged us for a door that they broke and moved new tenants in w/o telling us (we had moved out one month early but still paid last months rent). They moved out our two couches and they sat there for over a week and got ruined in torrential rain. They swore at my boyfriend on the phone. Their excuse for not telling us they got new tenants was "Well we have about 100 apts to look after". They are horrible people and unprofessional. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!
