I have turned in my keys and followed all steps listed on the lease for moving out.

I am expecting my SD back by April 30th ... and will place an update if any issues arise in that process.

I cleaned the place head to toe. Walls, ceiling,s light fixtures, drawers, cabinets, windows, fridge, stove, rugs, floors, bathroom, EVERYTHING. So I should get back all except what is owed for Heat and HW plus interest.

The apartments are not bad if the heat and hot water was included as my unit had bad windows and it didn't help the oil bill. I disagree with the billing practices for the oil ... but whatever ... I am out of there now. Oil is better than Natural Gas anyday if you have one of their apartments even with how they bill.

I would think twice about renting with them again ... but now I know what to look for so lesson learned. We all make mistakes when picking places to live atleast once for various issues ...

But if you like your privacy and minimal LL visits that is a big plus in your favor if you rent from Colonial Rental Management.

As stated I will update this further if it is necessary.
