Ran as fast as you can from this place they are slumlords and do not care about your child. Yes it is a business but it is a business that counts on income by the student attending the college. Worst place and the owner are on a vacation all the time and you get an answering service all the time. Oh watch yourself never every give your deposit back they are thieves!

Take pictures before you move in, then after you leave when you CLEAN everything! Ceilings, floors, walls, cabinets, light fixtures, windows, closets, (get a rug Dr.?), vaccuum multiple times, stove, fill tack/nail/screw holes (sugarfree gum works wonders with plaster and the eggshell/off white paint ..... Then simple put them all on a dvd for them, and type up the end of the lease stating when you did each task. Also however many days notice they require ... give them a letter with the rent payment stating you will be leaving at the end of your least and that you request your deposit back in 30 days per NH Law and that you deserve it back [assuming you did all the cleaning i suggested], in the memo field put "30 Day Notice / June 2008 Rent" or something ... I got all my deposit back doing those steps ... but still stay away ... they take you for every cent you have with the heating bills that are unmonitored and only have dates and dollar amounts when I lived there ....
